Taylor Harker joined the CCMedia media team in August 2020 as Media Buyer. As a proven leader with a background in purchasing radio, television, print, outdoor as well as social and digital media, Harker will utilize her experience to effectively implement multi-faceted advertising campaigns for CCMedia’s clients.
Prior to joining CCMedia, Ms. Harker held media buying positions developing a strong background in media planning and placements. Most recently she was with Media Access Group in Reno, NV. She was responsible for developing and implementing media plans for their many clients. She is fluent in Neilson and ComScore research as well as Strata and Advantage technology. Harker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Nevada Reno.
In March 2021 Emma Ashmawi joined the CCMedia Digital Media Team as Senior Programmatic Buyer. Emma has been working in digital marketing for over a decade. She thrives in an ever changing environment with a hunger for learning which makes her a true asset to the CCMedia team. Emma has worked on campaigns of all sizes for various local and regional businesses across the country diversifying her knowledge of multiple industries. She brings strong experience in the automotive, health/medical, retail, and real estate industries.
Emma has a Bachelor of Arts from Ball State University in Telecommunications & Marketing. She has worked with large media companies such as Sinclair Broadcast Group, McClatchy, and Granite Broadcasting and possesses intricate knowledge of how television stations operate and how they have had to evolve with the emergence of digital advertising. She has watched and adapted as digital advertising went from “some ads on the local TV stations website” to robust omnichannel marketing plans with refined targeting capabilities.
Also in March 2021, Tracy Legarza joined CCMedia. She has an extensive background in event and meeting planning locally with the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority, the University of Nevada, Reno, and Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. She brings to the table an exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an enthusiastic approach to her work.
In May 2021 Kelly Buda joined the CCMedia Leadership Team as Vice President of Client Success. A proven leader with a background in client service, sales management and revenue budgeting, Buda will utilize her experience to closely work with both CCMedia’s clients and agency team to build comprehensive and strategic media plans that will achieve client objectives, growth and ROI. In addition, Kelly will be leading our publishing team in sales and customer service.
Prior to joining CCMedia, Ms. Buda held sales & management positions in Broadcast Television with some of the top media ownership groups in several markets across the country. Most recently she was with Sinclair Broadcast Group in Reno, NV as the Director of Sales. Kelly was responsible for building & maintaining strong client relationships, leading the day-to-day operations of the 24-person sales department and generating over $15 million dollars of revenue annually in multiple markets via broadcast television and a full-service digital agency.
