Professional Bio

When she joined the CCMedia team in 2018, she had not worked in publishing or marketing, however, her organizational skills, attention to detail and outgoing personality were a great fit for her position in the publishing department. At the time she started, CCMedia was publishing four Homeowners Association magazines. Soon after she started, a fifth was added and in 2024 two more magazines were added for a total of seven. As the Publications Director for CCMedia Publishing, Peggy is responsible for the ad sales, and production of the magazines – a total of 38 issues each year.

Before joining CCMedia, Peggy started her professional journey working as a case manager for Big Brothers/Big Sisters in California. After she married and relocated to Sacramento, Peggy worked as an insurance claims adjuster until her daughter was born and then she became a stay-at-home mom, a position she treasured for 15 years. Besides being mom to a son and a daughter, she held many positions with various groups. She served on the board of her Moms club in northern Utah when her children were little. When there was a need for Girl Scout leaders, Peggy volunteered and was a leader for 9 years. She was also a board member for a Reno based geocaching group (GBES) and helped coordinate a navigational rally in the desert each summer. When she returned to the workforce, Peggy worked at a local casino resort organizing group stays before she joined CCMedia.

With over 30 years of extensive research experience, and a family tree with over 20,000 family members, she’s happy to poke around for friends interested in their roots.

Personal Statement

I love Jesus, my family and my friends. I am blessed to have a job that I truly love to do each day and work for a woman who cares as much about me as she does about my work. I love meeting new people and learning about them, whether it is professionally learning how I can help grow their business or personally, making new friends. I believe in picking your battles, giving up the things that don’t fulfill you and allowing more time for the things you love. I love my country and plan to visit the eight states that I haven’t seen yet with my husband in our fifth-wheel.
