Personal Statement: I love business. I love numbers. I love the complexity of different media channels and how they interact with one another. I enjoy people, sales, creative negotiation, and pulling it all together for a client. I thrive on creating and maintaining lasting relationships. With 33 years of experience, Laura is well known for her established industry relationships and ability to get even the toughest projects implemented.
Prior to founding Creative Concepts in 1991, Laura worked at radio stations in New York, Santa Barbara, and Reno. She has held positions of General Sales Manager, Advertising Consultant, News Director, Public Service Director and even disc jockey.
Before setting out to become the best media buyer in Reno, Laura has worked in sales, promotions, training, market research, copy writing, production, and live voice work. She’s a certified radio and digital marketing consultant through the Radio Advertising Bureau, and is also certified in Arbitron’s PPM Market Research and Ratings program.
Laura is past president of the Reno Tahoe Entrepreneurs Organization (EORT) and sits on the advisory board of BiggestLittleCity.org. She’s a board member of the Villages at Mauna Lani Resort, past-president of Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation, past VP of the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation Queen of Hearts fund, and a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara with a BA in Business and Economics.

Fun fact about Ally: I am reliving my youth through my boys and their sports. I love every minute we spend watching them grow into awesome human beings, friends and team players.
Best thing about the media world? Building relationships with our diverse client base and getting them the best deal possible.

Ally develops and implements media plans for print, TV, and outdoor advertising. With more than 15 years in marketing and media in the Reno-Tahoe area, Ally knows the local market and its unique characteristics. If Laura isn’t the best media buyer in Reno it’s because of Ally.
While working 10 years at the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority, Ally was actively involved in branding Reno-Tahoe as “America’s Adventure Place” and later with the “Far From Expected” campaigns.
She’s managed and marketed facilities and events such as the National Bowling Stadium and the Reno Events Center, and has worked on the production side of the Reno-Tahoe Adventure Show television series that aired in the Bay Area.
Ally sits on the board of the Spanish Springs Cal Ripken Baseball League, and is a certified digital media consultant by the Radio Advertising Bureau. She recently received Arbitron’s PPM Certification in Market Research and Ratings. Ally studied child development at Oregon State.

Kristin works with clients’ television, radio, print and outdoor media schedules. An expert on the media buying Strata system, Kristin manages and tracks client spending return on investment, ensuring the client invoice process is seamless.
Kristin has more than 22 years of professional experience in the advertising industry. Prior to working for ccmedia, she worked for MeringCarson in Sacramento.
At MeringCarson, Kristin worked with clients Visit California, San Diego Tourism Authority, Thunder Valley Resort Casino, Raley’s Bel Air Nob Hill grocery stores, Auto Club Speedway, Papa Murphy’s and Sutter Health.
In her time off, Kristin is a mother of two active boys, and enjoys running, snowshoeing and spending time with her family.

Deb manages digital strategy for CCMedia, including programmatic buying through the Google Marketing Platform, mobile strategy, social media, video, digital radio, SEM and email marketing. This includes digital media planning and buying and strategy and optimizations.
With over 7 years of advertising experience, Deb has a proven track record of success in media buying, strategy development, data analysis and campaign optimization. She’s passionate about driving results for our clients and develops comprehensive campaigns that deliver on ROI.
Her professional background consists of digital marketing, media sales, promotions and graphic design. In her off time, you can find her on the rink, in her studio, or out roaming the great outdoors.

As the Business Manager, Samantha coordinates accounting and business matters for CCMedia. Samantha has over 12 years accounting experience in various industries such as restaurants, fine arts galleries, non-profit agencies and health care. Additionally, she adds over 7 years of Business Management practice to CCMedia. The combination of her past industry knowledge and accounting experience brands Samantha as a welcome asset to the CCMedia team.
She joins the CCMedia team from Rapscallion Seafood House where she was the Business Manager. Samantha coordinated all accounting and business matters including HR, payroll, product accounting (inventory), media management and marketing, interior & exterior decorating, and gardening.
Samantha once studied Culinary with emphasis in Baking and
Pastries but later made a career change to Accounting, studying at TMCC and Southern New Hampshire University.
In her free time you will catch Samantha with family, going to Jiujitsu events and classes, studying for her masters in Accounting and Finance, gardening, hiking and enjoying summers at Lake Tahoe.
